This website is owned and operated by Gehna, Jaipur, hereinafter referred to as "we," "Gehna," or "the Company." Our registered office is located at 14-B, Kothari Bhawan, New Colony, Jaipur - 302001, Rajasthan, India. By accessing and using this website, you ("You") are deemed to have accepted the following Terms & Conditions.

You understand and agree that you are bound by these terms and conditions for as long as you access this website. We reserve the right to revise these terms without obligation to notify users, so we encourage you to review them each time you use our website or purchase from us.

3. Ownership and Copyright

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by Gehna. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing any part of it, is prohibited without our express permission.

4. Eligibility

Persons considered "incompetent to contract" under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 are not eligible to use this website. If you are below the age of 18, you are prohibited from using, purchasing, or entering into contracts on this website.

5. Pricing

Prices and availability of products offered on the site are subject to change without prior notice, at our sole discretion. All prices shown are inclusive of GST — no additional tax is added at checkout.

6. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

All product prices displayed on this website already include applicable GST; the price you see on a listing is the price you pay.

7. Packaging

Boxes/packaging are generally provided according to the order. We also offer gift packing on request for a charge of ₹250. Once a gift-packing request is placed and paid for, it cannot be cancelled or modified, and the charge is non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfil the request. 8. Mode of Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently our only payment method — we do not yet accept online payments (cards, UPI, net banking). A COD handling charge applies to every order regardless of size; see our Shipping Information page for the exact amounts.

9. Cancellation and Changes by Customers

Once an order is submitted, we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification. A request will only be considered if the order hasn't shipped yet. If that's the case, please email info@gehnastore.com and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request.

10. Sale and Promotion

Sales run until stock lasts. Their duration is at our sole discretion, and we reserve the right to extend or end a sale at any time without notice. Products under a Sale category, and their discounted prices, can be added, changed, or removed at our discretion. No return or exchange is accepted on sale items — see our Return & Refund Policy for details.
