Shipping Information
1. Domestic Shipping (India)
- Orders of ₹999 or more ship free via Standard Shipping.
- Orders below ₹999 are charged a flat ₹70 for Standard Shipping.
- Express Shipping is a flat ₹100, regardless of order size.
- All prices shown on the site already include GST — nothing further is added for tax at checkout.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is currently our only payment method. A COD handling charge applies on top of the shipping cost above:

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
Each piece is prepared to order. You'll receive a notification as soon as your order is confirmed, and our team may reach out to confirm details. We aim to dispatch within 2–7 working days, though this can vary by shipping address; customized items may take a little longer. Customized/made-to-order items are not eligible for return — see our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Delivery Schedule
Delivery typically takes a further 2–8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, via courier partners operating Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays). An address change can only be accommodated if the order hasn't shipped yet — please make sure your phone number and email are correct on every order so we can reach you if needed.
5. Tracking
Once your order ships, you can follow its progress from your My Orders page or the Track Order page. While we do our best to help track a parcel, we can't be held responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our delivery partner's control.
6. International Shipping
We ship internationally. Indicative shipping rates by method (charged in your local currency at checkout, converted from these USD rates):

Cash on Delivery is not available for international orders. Our listed prices don't include customs duties or import taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer, per the destination country's own policies. Transit time is typically 10–15 working days, though customs delays can occur and specific timeframes can't be guaranteed.
